Builders can choose from a variety of options and services depending on their staffing situation and the level of involvement they wish to maintain. IntegraTech can handle many of the tasks of a full time employee, but much more economically.

IntegraTech’s Builder Customer Service Program offers:

  • An on line, interactive program which provides a complete list of homes closed, service call history, inspections, repairs performed, list of subcontractors, work orders issued, etc.
  • Industry accepted warranty standards built into the program to assist with determining warranty performance.
  • Punch list/post closing warranty inspections available in some areas.

  • Work orders automatically issued by INT staff.
  • Follow up provided for work orders issued.
  • 24/7 emergency answering service for after hours calls.
These services are available in different levels: Quality, Premium and Ultimate packages. Inspections, if available in the area, are offered at an additional cost.
