IntegraTech developed the Security Blanket program to accommodate the many banks, mortgage companies and builders who have vacant and/or foreclosed homes sitting unsecured and unprotected. Financial institutions are not equipped, nor do they have the staff to inspect, monitor and safeguard the homes they have acquired under these unusual economic circumstances. Many builders have unsold spec homes, but have neither the time nor the staff to inspect, secure, and/or winterize them.

- Turn off water supplies
- Drain pipes and water treatment equipment
- Clean garbage disposals, traps and refrigerators
- Add antifreeze
- Check HVAC systems
- Check windows and doors for leaks and assure they’re locked and secured
