Platinum Advantage

Platinum Advantage is an extended warranty for appliances and systems for new site-built homes and for new or pre-owned HUD-Code homes. It can be offered in combination with any one of the structural warranty options or on its own. Builders earn extra risk-free income through this program. Costly unexpected repair bills on covered items are channeled through USHP rather than the buyer's checkbook. Coverage term and options vary based on plan selected by your buyer. USHP, LLC (an RWC affiliate) is the administrator of this program. Please note: Some warranty, insurance and reporting options may not be available in all states.
